Austin City Limits 2026
Outline
Austin City Limits, the festival, was originally inspired by Austin City Limits, the TV show on PBS, and caters to fans of a diverse range of genres and styles, mixing some well-established acts with other lesser known ones. It takes place over two consecutive weekends in October, Friday through Sunday, located in Zilker Park, which is close to downtown Austin. It is produced by the same group that also produces Lollapalooza. The festival has also spun off Auckland City Limits in Auckland, New Zealand, and Sydney City Limits in Sydney, Australia as well, but they were short-lived.

Note that ACL plays out over two sequential weekends and it is not a 10 day affair. Clear bag policy. Chairs, blankets, beach towels and umbrellas are allowed. All ages, 8 and under free (except for Platinum tier). Re-entry allowed up to 2 times per day.
