Caamp

Caamp is an Ohio based trio that plays songs with strong folk and old school country roots with some basic rock elements incorporated into their music just enough for additional flavor without changing the basic feel. They use mostly acoustic instruments including a banjo that adds a distinct layer. When they go electric on the guitar, they tend to keep it muted enough that it does not take over. Their songs are generally on the light and melodic side. The basic concept that jumps across from their work is mellow and easy-going. The songs are delivered in an entertaining flow, a sense of fun, and plenty of charm.
