The Pitchfork Music Festival London made its debut in the November of 2022. It is an offshoot of the Pitchfork Festival, organized by Pitchfork Media, that has taken place in Chicago since 2006 and joins the Paris version, which began in 2011, and the Berlin version, also making its debut in the same month. The lineup is what one might expect from Pitchfork: a variety of non-mainstream artists who nonetheless enjoy significant followings and critical acclaim. The format, however, differs from the Chicago festival in that it takes place over 7 days at 16 different venues rather than at a festival grounds. Those venues for 2024 are Café Oto, Colour, Factory, Earth Hall, Earth Theatre, Eventim Apollo, Hackney Church, Kings Place, Koko, Roundhouse, Royal Albert Hall, Shacklewell Arms, St Matthias Church, The Barbican, The Underworld, The Victoria and Village Underground.
