Way Out West 2026

Way Out West is a 3-day, genre-agnostic, Summer music festival that takes place way out on the West coast of Sweden in Gothenburg. Specifically, the main portion of the festival is located in a large center-city park called Slottsskogen. It's been around since 2007 and, with the exception of a handful of arena-filling headliners, performers tend to be among the most popular from various indie sub-genres. When performances at the festival grounds are finished each night, the party continues at 8 venues around central Gothenburg in what is called Stay Out West. In addition to music, the festival features art installations and film screenings.
