Electric Castle 2026
Outline
Electric Castle is an annual, outdoor, 4-day, summer music festival held on the grounds of Bánffy Castle in the beautiful Transylvanian countryside just outside of the equally beautiful city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Founded in 2013, it fairly quickly established itself as a major European festival, winning awards for its overall production/organization as well as for food & drink and camping accommodations, specifically, and attracting over 250,000 attendees. That sort of growth/popularity is only possible with impressive lineups, and Electric Castle delivers on that score with internationally known performers from all pop genres, as well as a generous dose of Romanian talent that benefits from a wider audience.

Bánffy Castle
Many attendees choose to camp on-site, the price of which depends on whether camping with your own tent, car or RV, or whether you choose a pre-pitched tent or cabin. See tickets link for details. Festival is all ages, 12 and under free. It is a cashless event.
