Pohoda Festival is an annual, 3-day arts festival, primarily featuring music, typically held in July in Trenčín, Slovakia. Starting from rather humble beginnings in 1997, it has grown into the largest music festival in Slovakia, now attracting 30,000 attendees. Its lineup is diverse and impressive, featuring critically-acclaimed and highly sought after acts from the worlds of rock, pop, indie, hip-hop, classical, and jazz. It has taken place at Trenčín Airport since 2004 and distinguishes itself in going above and beyond when it comes to limiting environmental impact, family friendliness and in eschewing tiered experiences for attendees. You won't find roped off VIP areas here.
In addition to music, there are theater performances, film screenings, visual art exhibits, workshops, debates, poetry readings and dance performances.
