Man/Woman/Chainsaw

Man/Woman/Chainsaw is a band of versatility that navigates the terrain between explosive post-punk meets post-rock noise and quiet chamber pieces with equal deftness, sometimes in the span of a single song. In that regard, they appear to be on a similar path that bands like Black Country, New Road, and caroline traveled before them. They are quite skilled and imaginative in the way they change gears and can switch from peaceful to chaotic and back, which not only adds more intrigue to their sound, but also feels well-earned from the point of view of their songwriting and overall boldness.
