Talk Show

Talk Show is a post-punk band with a distinct sound that brings in elements of goth, techno flavored electronic music and industrial, along with sufficient amounts of funk to give their songs additional oomph. This amalgamation of the '80s and '90s sound works well with vocalist Harrison Swann, whose mannerisms and the timbre fits right in with the overall effect the band is reaching for. It is a fairly dark and grim sound that the band pushes out, which brings to mind bands like The Prodigy. Their earlier releases were tied more closely to new wave with the right type of guitar jangle in the mix. It is energetic music that feels fresh and delivers the hooks and the atmospherics to make their songs stick with the audience.
