Jealous

Jealous is a Berlin based band that plays music that pulls a lot of elements from the period music between the late '70s and early '80s, creating a mixture of garage, glam, and some combination of punk and post-punk. Their music is high energy and loud, driven by a rough and unpolished esthetic with a dirty edge that is often more than happy to slide into an old-fashioned rock'n roll beat. Bassist Adi Kum is the engine that keeps pushing the band forward while guitarist Paz Bonfil leads with her powerful attack on the guitar and cranks up the noise as needed. The duo form the core of the band, currently joined by drummer Uri Rennert gives their grooves an almost classic feel. Bonfil and Kum share the singing duties, taking turns between songs.
