Biig Piig

Biig Piig is Jessica Smyth, a pop artist, originally from Cork, Ireland, who grew up in Spain before she found her way to London and eventually made her entry into the world of big, dance-oriented, synth pop. She sings in a signature breathy voice that is equally effective in delivering small, intimate songs as it is with dynamic pop pieces bursting at their seams. The former was especially evident in her earlier work, in the series of singles, EPs, and mixed tapes she continually released going back to 2017, where she adopts grittier textures with an R&B and neo soul inspired groove-centric style. As she kept honing her art and became a more polished artist, that glossy big-time pop sound ended up shaping her debut album, 11:11, which landed in 2025.
