Tramhaus

Tramhaus is a Rotterdam based post-punk band with strong angular lines and jagged edges, alternating between gently rolling grooves and bursts of noise and angst that punctuates them. They are often driven by bassist Julia Vroegh's propulsive lines and vocalist Lukas Jansen's charismatic and confident delivery. They use their dual guitar line-up quite effectively in the way they complement each other and weave an intricate lattice that gives their songs their deeper texture. Their music enjoys melodies that are compelling and an overall tone that remains inviting, while delivering an energetic and intense experience with some abrasive peaks.
