oddhaus

Oddhaus is a trio that play comfortably in the classic alt-rock range with their quiet/loud dynamics and their punk inspired energy. They are led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Nate Bade-Marquez, who strikes a good balance between youthful exuberance and a combination of clarity and know-how in his songwriting. He also brings sharp instincts to his guitar playing, while the band as a whole remains a tight and dynamic bunch who execute their hooks with a '90s style power and panache. When they bring the energy down a couple of notches, the result tends not to be all that much lighter in tone, but it allows them a deeper wind up space to take advantage of.
