Los Bitchos

Los Bitchos are a London based indie pop band dedicated to party-time music based primarily on Latin beats, specifically cumbia, combined with some surf rock, some '70s Anatolian rock music, and occasional dub. The band mixes quite a range of influences between them, as the members are assembled from Western Australia, Uruguay, Sweden, and England, with the sole Englishwoman in the band, the drummer, having played in punk bands before this gig. The result is a group that relishes variety and has a great time making fun music. The songs are all instrumental, and the guitarist Serra Petale carries the melodic lead role on her guitar with that nice, clean, open sound.
