The Linda Lindas

The Linda Lindas are a Los Angeles based four-piece band that plays highly expressive pop punk with a lot of energy and exuberance. They were officially out with their first release in 2020 as early teens (even preteens) and quickly differentiated themselves with their exceptionally catchy tunes and full on, infectious gusto with which they perform their songs. There is a variety to their music as all members contribute songs, each in their own voice. There are some scorching punk pieces, others are more pop-oriented earworms, and yet others come with a bossa nova beat (see "Cuántas Veces") or sound pretty grungy (see "Racist, Sexist Boy"). They hardened their sound somewhat by leaning heavier on the rock side on their more pop songs on their 2024 album No Obligation.
