Hansom Éli

Hansom Éli is the Montreal based Guérer siblings Camille and Alexy (a vocalist and a multi-instrumentalist, respectively) who work in a variety of styles under the pop umbrella with folk and R&B flavoring, among others. There is also some light funky bounce that picks up their mid-tempo ballads. The duo frequently incorporate jazz features into their pop, which flows nicely through Camille's misty voice and the looseness of her singing style. Alexy's production, on the other hand, is crisp and uncluttered. Their songs are gentle and mellow in nature, and they tend to be growers melodically, as their hooks sink in slowly with repeat listens.
