Neptuna

Neptuna is a Guadalajara based power trio whose riff-centric music is built around darker shades of the classic hard rock sound, with some garage and surf elements mixed in. Their vocals also reveal 60s girl band influences at times, which contrast nicely with their overall somber tone when they go there. The band started out on a more relaxed, melodic track on the shores of '70s era psychedelic and mainstream rock on their debut album, Mar Rojo (2018). Much seems to have changed since then, as their sound continued to harden, leading them to a grittier place and the gloomy atmospherics of their 2025 follow up, Lútea.
