Humour is a post-punk band that comes with a particularly shouty, loud style, a restless, nervous flow and a fractured and humorous presentation. Vocalist Andreas Christodoulidis takes speak singing into a manic territory, vocally bouncing off the walls in a forceful but also fairly amused tone. The rest of the band responds sympathetically to the borderline chaos taking place up front by joining right in every now and then, but more often, they completely lock it down at their end. The rhythm section is absolutely solid, with the bass providing a lot of power and swagger, while the guitars go back and forth between angular post-punk bits and distorted, almost shoegazey bursts of fuzz.
