Holysseus Fly

Vocalist and keyboard player Holysseus Fly, known as Holly Wellington in civilian life, is originally one of the members of the Bristol based electronic jazz outfit Ishmael Ensemble. As a solo artist, she tends to lean more towards upscale pop ballads, delivered in that ethereal voice of hers, and in a style that underscores her jazz background. This was particularly evident in her 2023 debut EP, Birthpool, which offers songs of introspective and personal nature that expose a lot of emotional depth and raw emotions, driven by her lyrical and expressive piano work.
