Full Flower Moon Band

Full Flower Moon Band plays a dirty, at times almost swampy, gothic, bluesy style of rock that revives some of the classic, foundational elements of the genre. It is led by singer/guitarist Kate "Babyshakes" Dillon, who is also the main songwriting engine of the outfit. She comes across as a magnetic performer with a lot of passion and fire, though apparently not a lot of interest in flashy moves. The rest of the band is well-aligned with her down to earth approach as they pound on the drums as needed and providing a workmanlike support system around the guitars, which allows Dillon the space to do her thing confidently. Their music often leans towards darker tones, Their work draws a lot of its power from the strength of the songwriting, as well as their loose, though powerful delivery.
