Cafuné

Cafuné is the guitarist-songwriter duo Sedona Schat and Noah Yoo, who mix indie pop and pop rock to create lively uptempo songs. Their music has a bright sound and a breezy quality, and It comes with accessible melodies and a touch of jangle. They have a nice swing when they take it down a notch, otherwise, they tend to play with a downhill momentum as they keep rolling. Vocals are handled by Schat while Yoo focuses on the production side. Their initial set of singles had a more pop-oriented approach where synths were more central to their music, which changed on their debut album, Running (2021), where they moved towards a guitar-centric sound with a rock edge.
