All Them Witches

All Them Witches is a Nashville based hard rock band whose music effortlessly crosses boundaries into adjacent genres of metal, blues rock, and psychedelic.  Some of it is genre-hopping between songs, but quite a bit of it is how their songs progress, changing feel and texture along the way.  The band stands out with its songwriting, which is inspired and meticulous. Their hooks are sharp and do not feel repetitive.  Their execution is spot on whether they are pulling back a little for their blues bits, pushing up the beat for the metal parts, or just grooving their hearts out. There are clear echoes of bands like Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin in the band's work.  The vocalist Charles Michael Parks Jr's has a smooth and gentle voice that creates a nice contrast with the otherwise muscular music the band puts together.
