Lilla Vargen

Lilla Vargen is a singer-songwriter originally from Northern Ireland who writes aching ballads that carry a strong sense of longing and heartbreak. Her songs tend to be more lyrical in nature than melodic, with a lot of emotional pull. She delivers them in stripped down arrangements that are often driven by an acoustic guitar or a piano. She sings in a powerful, misty voice that can sound intimate and direct, but can also build into a big swell when she goes big on the vocals especially in some of her more dramatic, showstopper moments that are worthy of a major orchestral accompaniment.
