High Water is a 2-day, Spring music festival that takes place in Riverfront Park among Spanish Moss-draped Oaks, just up the Cooper River from Charleston, SC. Its focus is on alt-country and Americana and, as such, is curated by local duo Shovels & Rope. It debuted in 2017 and regularly sells out the 15,000 tickets available for each day. Charleston being a foodie town, dining options are a cut above most festivals and local breweries are featured, as well.
