White Denim

White Denim is a band that plays indie rock mixed in with garage rock and a variety of '70s influences in their music, including early glam, psychedelic vibes, R&B grooves, and some old school rock'n roll energy. There are also streaks of prog and jazz inspired instrumentation that occasionally make an appearance in their music. They have been active as a band since 2008, so they have gone through multiple lineup changes along the way while their core remains to be guitarist James Petralli and bassist Steve Terebecki. These changes have clearly had an impact on their overall sound, but they were, for the most part, able to maintain a consistency in style until relatively recently, when their work began to skew towards a more eclectic direction.
