TEll A ViSiON

TEll A ViSiON (aka tellavision) is the multi-disciplinary multi-instrumentalist Fee Kürten, who creates electronics oriented art pop recordings, often with layers of synth generated loops, drums, and vocal overdubbing. Her music can slide into mood pieces sometimes, but in most cases she is very keen on maintaining immediately accessible tunes with a strong, club-friendly beat. She brought in plenty of trip-hop tones in her grooves on her self-titled 2023 album, with perhaps a subtle tip of the hat to post-punk just below the surface. A big part of her work that cuts across her discography is her exploration of textures. The way her instruments interact with one another and the placement of her sonic fragments provide the hooks to her music.
