t l k is the stage name for composer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and producer Tara Liliy Klein, who creates a serene form of electronic music with a strong organic core. It is a quiet, contemplative, and introverted kind of music that moves along at a slow pace, filled with dramatic contours along a delicate flow. Vocals are at the heart of their work, for sure. though there is plenty of room for instrumental parts that can be just as ethereal as they can be restless, where elements of ambient that are interlaced with jazz and classical modern music. When they take a turn towards rhythmic patterns, a general "Bristol vibe" also comes through in the form of those laid back, classic trip-hop type grooves.
