Seratones

Seratones are a band that combines rock, soul, blues, and funk into a potent mixture and serves it with great power and precision. They started out as a roots rock band that played it raw and rugged, pushing for garage vibes that bordered on punk at times. They polished their sound considerably in 2019's Power, and brought soul and funk to the front and turned down the rock. This also allowed their vocalist A.J. Haynes, who happens to be a terrific singer in the first place, to take her game up to another level. The band's evolution continued in 2022's Love & Algorhythms, as they expanded their sound into other territories such as Caribbean and electronic music where Haynes has the chance to expose her inner crooner, as the band experiments with layered atmospheric tones.
