Guillem Peeters is a Barcelona-raised, London-based artist with a distinctive style who keeps his music rough and understated, and carries relatively lo-fi, bedroom recording type vibes. There is a subtle nod at post-rock in the way he evokes a sense of breadth in his soundscapes, as well as a shoegaze type base that adds a dreamy veneer to his sound. He has a calm, under his breath type of delivery that projects an introspective aura while his guitar takes on indie rock colors with some regularity. His music is always on the contemplative, low-key side, however. He stays in a comfortable mid-tempo range, quite cozy and self-contained in his work.
