Buenos Diaz

Buenos Diaz is the moniker used by Austin-based singer-songwriter Nick Diaz, who is an indie rock artist that brings a blues-inspired classic groove esthetic into his music. His songwriting voice occasionally shows glimpses of Elvis Costello, as is often noted, but Diaz is more on the traditional guitar riff-driven side of the aisle. That said, he has a diverse array of styles at his disposal, such as old school rock'n roll, neo soul, New Orleans style jazz, and so on, which makes him harder to pigeonhole in general. Within all that diversity, however, the home base he seems to return to more often than not is the Texas style blues rock.
