Stubb's Bar-B-Q

Yeah, it is *that* Stubb's. The bar-b-q sauce you have probably seen in the stores, which originally came from an actual bar-b-q joint that is now located in Austin. Stubb's has a huge area in the back normally used for additional dining, but also serves as the Waller Creek Amphitheater when there is an event. The restaurant itself has two levels, the street level has a regular dining area, while the lower floor has a bar and an indoors stage that handles about 150 people standing. That is also the level that opens to the main stage outdoors, which is a fairly large space that can accommodate a large crowd and so the venue attracts quite a few headliner caliber acts during SXSW.
