Port of Sound is a record store in Costa Mesa that is focused on records as opposed to CDs and other media, with wonderfully designed bins. They have a fairly rich and diverse collection of new releases, and some very good old records as well. The store's collection is actually much larger than it may first appear to be because underneath the top record bins, there are two additional rows of records tucked away in drawers. So it has roughly three times the apparent volume. This store is an especially good place to bin-dive for new records, especially unobvious, non-mainstream ones that other stores may not carry.
