Rinse & Repeat

Rinse & Repeat is an LA based duo that brings a post-punk spin and an experimental bend to their mostly electronic, dance, and noise based sound. They are a high energy band that plays at a near frenetic pace, often blasting on all fronts. Their earlier work draws more from the electronics side in a way that is not too far off from classic bands like Devo and Wall of Voodoo in feel and texture, coupled with a Sparks type playfulness in tone. These threads still continue in their music, except they are now covered by a layer of noise that has been growing in prominence, reaching its peak on their 2023 EP, ' ' O' '. That said, the kind of noise they employ tends to be more experimental than aggressive, and it is softened up by the overtly melodic nature of their songs.
