Brutalismus 3000

Brutalismus 3000 is the Berlin based singer/producer duo Victoria Daldas and Theo Zeitner (respectively), who makes EDM that adopts a highly juiced up version of techno with a level of overdrive that pushes into the gabber or hardstyle territory. They are brash, loud, fast, and frankly, a bit furious. There is a political anger to the duo that comes out to the open with some regularity. They often switch between German, and English, lyrically. Their beat is relentless, and the songs tend to be quite melodic, though it is often wrapped inside the frenzy, their arrangements also have a good deal of hyperpop elements in terms of the way they bombard the audience with a series of sugary, almost bubblegum sound, against an industrial type aggressive backdrop.
