Badshah

Badshah is rapper singer, pop artist Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, originally from Delhi but working out of Chandigarh, India. A good chunk of his work is centered in Bollywood centric songs with all its stylistic flourishes. He also has a growing body of work that is very clearly grounded in various Indian musical traditions but with a more western influenced pop sound. He incorporates hip-hop beats into that strand of his work, as well as Latin beats, and especially reggaeton, while singing mostly in Punjabi and Hindi, with occasional English thrown into the mix. As a prolific artist, he has established himself as a major name in the Indian pop world.
