The Roxy Theater is one of the legendary venues in Los Angeles (on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood to be more exact), which has been declared an official historic landmark. It has been hosting events going back to 1973 with literally the who's who of rock music having performed on that stage at some point in the past. It has a broad stage and a comfortable space for the audience, which is how it manages to be both grand and intimate at the same time. There is an additional area with tables, chairs, and couches adjacent to the floor, which gives the place a more spacious feel than what the maximum capacity suggests.
