Euclid Records is a St. Louis institution. It opened in 1981 and has twice moved to accommodate its growth and has even opened a second store in New Orleans. It is a large, comprehensive purveyor of new and used vinyl and CDs, encompassing two stories in its current building in Old Webster. It isn't really limited to any particular genres, but has a particularly impressive jazz selection on the second floor. In addition to audio media, they sell a smattering of other music-related gifts such as books and t-shirts as well as new and used audio equipment and vinyl care accessories. In the past, it has also hosted some in-store performances, but that seems not to be the case anymore. There are vinyl and CD listening stations if you want to sample used items before you buy. Any music lover could spend hours exploring this excellent store.
In addition to its brick and mortar store, Euclid does online sales through its website.
