Chase Shakur is an Atlanta-based vocalist and alternative R&B artist who primarily delivers emotional ballads loaded with a strong sense of romantic yearning and desire. He sings in a slowed down, languid style that matches his steamy tone. His arrangements tend to be on the sparse side, with some subtle jazzy elements mixed in with hints of an underlying trap beat built in, which opens up plenty of space on top for his crooning.
