Isaiah Sharkey

The amount of solo work that guitarist and singer Isaiah Sharkey has produced thus far may be relatively sparse at the moment, but he has been a factor on the music scene for a good while now, most prominently through his work with D'Angelo and John Mayer. As a highly skilled guitarist, he has been genre-agnostic in his approach for the most part, though with an apparent anchor in the R&B and soul sound, as seen in 2025's Red, for instance. That said, blues, funk, gospel, rock or jazz are certainly not out of the question either, often adding to the blend. He is a master craftsman on his instrument and a sought after collaborator.
