Outline
Almost Monday is an indie pop band based in San Diego that makes radio-friendly and bright pop songs. Between the funky bass, the jangly guitars, the lively vocals, and arrangements that ever so slightly bear shades of '80s synth pop bands without the synth, the band clearly has good material to work with towards building solid pop credentials. At least at this point in their career, their songs are upbeat anthems with bright melodies and big sing-along choruses that wear their hooks on their sleeves.
